Fixer services provide the on-the-ground network essential for accessing restricted Maltese locations, navigating permit authorities, and managing local relationships that determine whether a shoot day succeeds. Location Scouts and Location Managers with deep knowledge of Malta's geography identify and secure appropriate settings across the island, including heritage sites managed by Heritage Malta and coastal areas requiring environmental clearance. Production Managers and Production Coordinators maintain schedule and budget discipline across multi-day shoots, supported by Assistant Directors, Second ADs, and Third ADs who manage set flow.
